Welcome back to The Intelligent Marketer, where growth-minded founders, agency owners, and marketers go to learn modern marketing strategies.

The era of manual marketing ends this May!

Manual marketing had a good run.

But the teams winning right now aren't briefing, approving, and repeating. They're directing AI agents that execute the whole strategy for them.

The Agentic Marketing Summit (May 4–8) is a free, five-day event that shows you exactly how it works in practice. Not theory. Not a PDF checklist. Step-by-step insight to help you become an expert in AI marketing agents.

Hosted by 3x Inc 5000 founder Manick Bhan alongside the sharpest minds in the marketing world today.

The era of doing it yourself is over!

It wasn’t an experiment.

It was a decision.

At Legacy Builder, we’re doubling down on AI across a number of areas in our business.

Not “testing,” we’ve done enough of that.

Fully committing to figuring out how to use it in the most efficient, effective way possible.

And if I’m being honest, this wasn’t an easy decision.

The Reality We Couldn’t Ignore

For a while, it was easy to keep AI at arm’s length.

Use it here and there. Assist with drafts. Speed things up slightly.

But not rely on it or fully trust it.

Then we were in a situation where we were forced to use it…

And the quality was better than human work.

And the question shifted from:

“Should we use AI more?”

To:

“We’re wasting time, quality, and money by not using it.”

The Hard Truth

At a certain point, you have to be honest about what’s happening.

AI is no longer just “good enough.”

In many cases, it’s:

  • Just as good

  • Faster

  • More consistent

And sometimes… better than what most people are producing manually.

That’s not a comfortable realization.

Especially when your business has been built around human output.

But avoiding that reality doesn’t change it.

The Decision

So we made a call and we’re going all in on figuring this out.

We’re asking:

  • Where can AI replace manual work?

  • Where can it improve quality?

  • Where can it increase speed without sacrificing standards?

  • Where does human input still matter most?

Because the goal is to strengthen our business AND get better results for our clients.

What This Actually Means

This doesn’t mean removing humans. It means redefining their role.

Instead of:

  • Writing everything from scratch

  • Building everything manually

We shift toward:

  • Direction

  • Strategy

  • Editing

  • Judgment

AI handles a majority of the execution layer, and we handle the thinking layer.

The Real Advantage

Most people are still dabbling.

Testing tools.
Playing with prompts.
Keeping one foot in.

That’s not where leverage is built.

The advantage comes from:

Fully committing to understanding how this fits into your business.

Because once you do that…

You move faster and operate differently.

Why This Matters

We’re making this shift because:

  • It improves speed

  • It improves consistency

  • It allows us to scale output

  • It gives our clients better results, faster

And ultimately…

That’s the only thing that matters.

Final Thought

Every business hits moments like this.

Where the market shifts… and you either adapt or get left behind.

This is one of those moments.

It might feel uncomfortable.

It might challenge how you’ve always done things.

But ignoring it doesn’t make it go away.

We’re leaning into it.

And I’d suggest you do the same, in whatever way makes sense for your business.

Because this is a shift in how work gets done.

See you next Friday.
