Do you know what brings you peace?

The goal is to maximize every day… to squeeze as much juice as possible out of the day. I’ve found if I do three things every single day to the best of my ability, I go to bed with peace and fulfillment.

1. Read a lot

2. Write a lot

3. Train a lot

That’s it.

That’s my criterion for a great day. Do you know what yours is?

One of the biggest causes of overwhelm and anxiety is always thinking we should be doing more or working on something.

If you never know when you’ve put in a good day’s work, how do you turn off and rest for the night?

You don’t. That’s why you need to define it for yourself.

So, ask yourself… “what activities bring me peace?” And “What is my definition of a great day?”

Now make an effort to engage in these activities as much as possible.
