What All Successful Creators Have in Common
Creator Summit Newsletter
Welcome to this week’s edition of the Creator Summit Newsletter where every Tuesday you’ll get an email from me helping you become a more holistic creator and entrepreneur, or a “Full-Stack Creator” as some might say.
In the world of content creation and online business, everyone tells you how to make $10k per month… but nobody tells you what to do when you get there.
My mission with the Creator Summit Newsletter is to do that and much more…
That being said, let’s get into today’s message:
Before we continue, a brief word from today’s sponsor:

A Brief Overview of Today’s Creator Summit Newsletter:
What all Successful Creators Have in Common:
They Move Fast
They’re Relentlessly Consistent
They Continuously Iterate and Adapt
Movement vs. Business
They Surround Themselves with “A-Players”
They Move Fast
Every successful creator I’ve ever met goes from idea → action faster than you can imagine.
I’d be on the phone with them, discussing a potential idea, and they’d be posting about it online before we even finish the conversation.
Entrepreneurship is a fast-paced game. And those who win, act fast on the up-and-coming trends and opportunities.
There’s no time to sit around and wonder if your idea is good. Take action and find out.
They’re Relentlessly Consistent
They don’t miss a day of posting. They don’t miss a day of outreach. They know what they need to do daily and they are relentlessly consistent at accomplishing those core tasks.
If you look at all of the creators at the top, they’ve all been at it for at least 2 years.
Be consistent no matter what.

They Continuously Iterate and Adapt
Most creators are writing about something different than what they initially started with…
Taylin Simmonds: Started with high performance.
Dan Koe: Started with web design.
I started with self-improvement before moving into email marketing and newsletter writing.
Their businesses adapt over time too. Start with a simple offer… then move to expand out their offer stack around different things like services or another product offering.
Movement vs. Business
If you look at some of the most successful creators, they’re building a movement, not just a business.
When you click into their profile, it’s not like clicking into a storefront like most other accounts.
It gives you a new perspective… it gives you hope and instills the belief in you that you can go out and achieve what you want to.
That’s what separates good creators from great ones.
They Surround Themselves with “A-Players”
“Nobody wins alone.”
I used to think I could do everything on my own. I wanted to be a solo founder… a “lone wolf.”
I’m naturally drawn to that style of existence.
But when I spoke to numerous successful creators… none of them work alone.
They find “A-Players” and bring them into their team to work on a shared vision.
The only difference between 8-figure brands and 6 and 7-figure brands is A-Players.
If you want to build an empire, you need A-Players on your team.
There you have it!
There are the 6 things I’ve found all successful creators have in common.
Thanks for reading!
Until next time,
Eric Higgs
