Scaling Summit Group to $20k/month
We officially launched Summit Group back in March of this year (6 months ago).
We have 6 clients and were scaling really well off the bat.
But…
We haven’t signed a client in over a month.
The good news: We don’t lose clients.
Once we obtain clients, because of how much value we provide and how sticky our offer is, they don’t leave. We offer an insane amount of value to our clients to the point where we are their strategic growth partner.
The bad news: Revenue is stagnant.
If we’re not signing new clients, the business isn’t growing. And the longer we go without signing new clients, the more desperate you feel. That’s just the nature of running a business. Everyone has heard the saying, “If you’re not growing, you’re dying.”
While that’s not true in all cases… it feels like it’s true right now.
So here’s what I’m doing to gain 2-3 clients in September while traveling for the next 3 weeks.
I’m going back to my roots.
When I first started writing online, I was HUNGRY. I was willing to do anything to make extra money online.
I would work around the clock, wake up early, stay after, and do anything I could to make it work.
So, here’s what my days will consist of over the next few weeks (and more):
Time blocking
Daily Outreach DMs
Cold email outreach
Sharing personal content
Sharing case studies
I’ll be doubling down on my Twitter profile and sharing my journey there.
And my big audacious goal over the next few months following this ~3 week spurt… scale Summit Group to $20k per month.
