9 Habits to Transform Your Life & Business

1. 10 minutes of daily sunlight
This will increase your:
Mood
Energy
Motivation
Do it daily, do it often.
2. Unplug from technology
At least 2 hours a day:
Turn off your phone
Turn off your TV
Spend time with pen, paper, and your thoughts.
3. Make a plan
It can be as easy as:
2 hours on your big task
2 hours on smaller tasks
2 hours on set-up tasks
You have to define what productivity looks like.
4. Have non-negotiables
These should be done daily no matter what.
It could be:
200g of protein
1000 written words
Exercise for 40 minutes
No matter what happens, this will get done.
5. Prep the night before
Every night you should:
Pack your gym bag
Lay out your work clothes
Write your plan for tomorrow
This will make the next day run smooth.
6. Pick meals that repeat
Eat the same thing for 21 days:
High-protein
Easy to prepare
Produced in bulk
This will put your eating on autopilot.
7. The List
You should have a list of people:
Family
Friends
Network
Go through this list daily and call/text them. It will pay dividends.
8. Regular grooming
You should be visiting the barber every 2 weeks:
Clean haircut
Beard trim
Eyebrows
Look good, feel good, play good.
9. Monthly Check-in
Every month have a check-in:
What is working?
What isn't working?
What needs to change?
Everything is fluid, you need to be flexible and adjust accordingly.
